Cool Guardian เป็น Fixed Refrigerant Gas Transmitter แบบ Stand-alone สำหรับตรวจสอบความเข้มข้นของก๊าซสารทำความเย็นอย่างต่อเนื่อง เหมาะสำหรับงานในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรมและเชิงพาณิชย์ เพื่อช่วยตรวจจับการรั่วไหลของสารทำความเย็นและแจ้งเตือนเมื่อพบก๊าซ
รองรับสารทำความเย็นหลายชนิด ได้แก่ R744 (CO₂), R401A, R134A, R32, R454B, R407C, R290 และ R717 (NH₃) จึงสามารถเลือกใช้งานให้เหมาะกับระบบทำความเย็นแต่ละประเภท
การเชื่อมต่อและ Output
Cool Guardian รองรับ Output หลายรูปแบบ สามารถกำหนด Analog Output ผ่าน Seitron Guard App ได้ ได้แก่ 4–20 mA, 0–5 V, 0–10 V, 1–5 V และ 2–10 V
นอกจากนี้ยังมี 3 Relay Outputs แบบ Voltage-free สำหรับเชื่อมต่อกับระบบภายนอก และรองรับ RS485 Modbus RTU สำหรับเชื่อมต่อกับระบบควบคุมหรือระบบ Monitoring
Alarm และการ Monitoring
ตัวเครื่องมี Sound and Light Alarm ในตัวสำหรับแจ้งเตือนเมื่อพบก๊าซสารทำความเย็น สามารถกำหนดค่า Alarm Threshold และตั้งค่า Analog Output ผ่าน Seitron Guard App
Field Calibration และ Maintenance
สามารถทำ Calibration และ Bump Test ได้โดยตรงในพื้นที่ติดตั้ง เมื่อเชื่อมต่อ Cool Guardian กับ Seitron Guard App ผ่าน Bluetooth และใช้งานร่วมกับ Calibration Kit ซึ่งจำหน่ายแยก
